We are looking for a Software Developer to join our company. The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. What you will be doing Your primary focus will be on automation, continuous improvement, and the technological support of internal tools. Identify, design, and develop automation solutions for Accounts Payable processes. Actively propose new solutions and explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technologies to take back-office efficiency to a new level. Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of microservices under the guidance of senior engineers. Write clean and maintainable code, focused on functional back-office applications. Work closely with developers, designers, system administrators, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders to integrate new features. Contribute to building reusable code and libraries for future use. Participate in gathering and documenting technical and design requirements. Stay curious and keep learning about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Backend Java Developer. Knowledge of Java and Spring Framework Experience in automation tools such as n8n, Make, Tines or similar. Understanding of relational databases (MySQL is a plus). Familiarity with AWS services (SQS, SNS, S3, etc.) is a plus. Exposure to microservices concepts and tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Interest in fintech or payment-related projects is a plus. Intermediate English skills.
