Description

Participates in reviewing and documenting current systems and in proposing/implementing enhancements. Thorough knowledge of and skill in database ETL processes. The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance. High degree of integrity in handling confidential information. Strong experience with ETL development and data integration best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems. Analyze and Optimize query performance. Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; .Net, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET and C#. Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications. Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems. Triage complex issues and handle escalations. Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB. Exposure to modern data security and privacy practices. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, and IT teams. Process oriented mindset and ability to change/adapt quickly. Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs. Hands on experience with application support workload a plus. LI-LATAM
