SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. And we do it through the ongoing development of a powerful, purpose-built software platform. In 2014, after 8 years of intensive software development, we launched the world’s most advanced validation software to help revolutionize the speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence of validation in the Life Sciences sector. The solution is now used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.
As Kneat continues to grow we are looking to hire a Software Development Director.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to our Chief Technical Officer the Software Development Director will
lead our Software Development organisation promoting a customer focussed, performance driven, team based and highly innovative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic thinking and leadership for a wide range of applications and, software-development methodologies.
- Embed a customer focussed, performance driven, team based and highly innovative culture.
- Collaborate with business/product owners to develop and deliver on features to address market, customer, and product needs.
- Grow our software development talent providing for career growth and outstanding mentoring and coaching.
- Drive productivity and value engineering practices to ensure delivery of our commitments to our customers.
- Communicate delivery status to multiple stakeholders including our CTO and Executive Leadership.
- Maintain and grow the data and metrics used to deliver and communicate delivery of the software.Ensure that the organisation is following Best-In-Class development methodologies and bring an out-side-in perspective to our business.
