Description

Responsibilities * Build and lead a software engineering team supporting Oracle Health cloud services * Hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineering talent * Manage engineering managers and senior technical leaders * Drive development of monitoring, automation, observability, and control plane services * Establish engineering processes, operational standards, and organizational best practices * Partner closely with OCI platform teams and Oracle Health stakeholders * Improve reliability, scalability, efficiency, and operational maturity across services * Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap planning * Lead organizational planning, staffing, and execution activities * Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience * 12+ years of software engineering experience * 5+ years of engineering management experience, including management of managers * Experience leading teams responsible for large-scale distributed cloud services * Demonstrated success building and scaling engineering organizations * Strong systems architecture and cloud infrastructure experience * Experience with monitoring, observability, automation, infrastructure platforms, or operational tooling * Proven leadership of complex technical programs and cross-functional initiatives * Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills * Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred * Healthcare, security, compliance, or highly regulated industry experience preferred Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
