QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with data flow mapping, process documentation, and interdepartmental workflow analysis.
• Experience or exposure to tools like Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io, or Figma.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills to extract detailed requirements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Familiarity with business process documentation, data flow mapping, and requirement analysis.
• Working knowledge of diagramming and documentation tools such as:
• Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools for DFD/DLD creation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation.
• Basic knowledge of database structures (e.g., SQL concepts) is a plus.
• Understanding of form and UI/UX design basics (Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD preferred).
• Strong communication and interviewing skills to collect requirements from diverse teams.

• Collaborate with each business department to gather requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Analyze, correlate, and establish connections between departments based on data flow requirements.
• Create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), Data Level Diagrams (DLDs), and comprehensive workflows for each process.
• Design input/output forms and templates to support software implementation.
• Document dependencies, data exchange requirements, and process integrations.
• Prepare clear, version-controlled documentation for the development and QA teams.
• Suggest workflow improvements and optimize interdepartmental communication for data handling.
