EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and designing distributed systems
  • 7+ years of experience in Java programming, spring boot, spring framework
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL databases
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
