Job Title Software Development Engineer CV's to be submitted in English About the Business Area/Department: Reservation is the beating heart of many Amadeus products. It handles critical steps on trip reservation including booking, ticketing, management of traveler records etc. We are accountable for our unique reservation platform, used by both by Airlines and Distribution actors. Summary of the role: You will be accountable for the technical design and delivery of the product functionalities based on the solutions agreed with the stakeholders and in line with the team vision. You will be responsible for the development of new sofware solutions along with the maintenance of the existing code. You will be working in close relationships with product definition analysts, quality assurance engineers, and product management, providing solutions to airlines, travel agents, and beyond. In this role you’ll: Participate in the technical design and implementation of new features. You will develop software, implement unit testing, deploy and maintain the software on different platforms. You will produce software documentation, and support the end users in production. You will ensure the sustainable evolution of software architecture and perform other standard SRE activities such as machines reboot, role-switches, OSRS activations in PRO, etc. About the ideal candidate: Has knowledge of C++, Java, Python, Golang, or C#. Has experience working with Cloud (Azure preferred). Has experience working with Kafka, Splunk, and Grafana. Has experience with Agile methodologies.
