Description
Design, develop and release innovative high performance medical device software. Solve difficult problems and always strive to make things better and achieve engineering excellence. Partner with other teams including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware and regulatory to understand requirements and bring the best solutions forward. Continuously improves process and work methodologies by interfacing with peers/cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and work processes. Work Experience: 3 - 5 years English Level: 80% - 89% Experience in Object-Oriented programming BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical engineering or related fields, with a strong software development background. Advanced programming skills and experience using C++, and Linux. Strong experience with designing and implementing medical device software. Familiarity with scientific computing/scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, Unix shell-scripting/PowerShell. Strong experience with development of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, OpenSSL). Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Experience writing SW for embedded systems that interface with sensors. Expertise in developing software using Scrum methodology. Experience working with third-party C++ libraries such as STL, Qt, Boost. Experience developing systems with intuitive GUI and/or 2D/3D Computer graphics with shading languages.
