As a member of our GenAI team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining solutions based on next-generation AI models. Collaborating with a diverse group of experts, you will be at the forefront of AI research and development, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing foundational components and shippable products, leveraging the latest techniques in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and implement solutions using state-of-the-art AI algorithms and models to enhance our existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop robust machine learning models.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies and integrate them into our existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on models, and continuously improve AI capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, with hands-on experience in using AI models and APIs.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for AI research and a drive to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
  • Knowledge of FinTech, especially investment accounting, is a plus.

Salary Range
$115,119.60 - $148,350.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
