Job Title Software Development Engineer About Your Role You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs. What you will do: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary What you will need to have: 4+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience in VB.NET, C#, or similar programming languages 2+ years of experience in SQL databases 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience What would be great to have: Experience in the financial services industry Prior experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Perks at Work: We’re #FiservProud of our commitment to your overall well-being with a growing offering of physical, mental, emotional, and financial benefits from day one.
