Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead SAP Fiori/ABAP Reports Developer & Technical Anchor to join our balanced product team. In this dual-hatted role, you will serve as the technical anchor, following the architectural direction, and providing Ford IERP development standards including clean core principles. You will be hands-on in designing, developing, and optimizing modern user interfaces using SAP Fiori/SAPUI5, while leveraging robust backend ABAP programming, CDS Views, Datasphere, and AMDP to deliver high-performance, real-time reporting solutions on SAP S/4HANA. As the Technical Anchor, you will be the cornerstone of the development team—fostering a culture of technical excellence, delivery tracking, driving agile methodologies (such as pair programming and test-driven development), and aligning technical implementation with product strategy.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical anchor for the development team, ensuring clean core principles and architectural alignment. Design and develop high-performance real-time reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, ABAP, and S/4HANA technologies.
