The Customer Success Engineering team helps provide seamless support experience for Remitly customers. We help our global operations to support our customers’ experience in getting the help they need, whenever they need. As a member of the Customer Success Engineering team, you will be directly responsible for the customer and agent experience, and our customers’ frictionless access to Remitly agents.
As a Fullstack Software Engineer II, you will build a new cutting-edge Customer Success platform to replace legacy CRM applications. This is a high-visibility role and perfect for someone passionate about making a significant impact and eager to take on responsibilities. You will be responsible for workflows that immediately impacts our customer and agent experience and will work in tandem with world class Product, UX, QA and other engineering teams.
