ABOUT THE ROLE FOX Corporation is looking for an iOS Engineer for its digital Product Engineering iOS team. The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and native iOS application development Skills. Our iOS team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of high-performance applications that serve millions of users worldwide. We leverage the latest technologies and frameworks to ensure our apps are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging. With a strong emphasis on code quality, scalability, and user-centric design, the team is committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. As an SDE-2 iOS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues along with writing unit tests for robustness Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Good understanding of design patterns. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in iOS development. Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with SwiftUI based applications. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Experience with continuous integration and deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
