YBS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our Lending Engineering team in our Change Delivery function. You’ll join a team focused on delivering change to maintain and improve our mortgage propositions as well as supporting the strategic direction of the Group. You’ll design, build, implement and support our core systems and integrations which are used for the origination and servicing of our mortgages in an evolving environment.
We are looking for experienced developers with strong technical skills and a keen desire to learn and use their expertise to support, develop and implement technical changes to the applications used by or core Lending Business.

DESIRABLE SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Experience of working within Financial Services
• Ability to interpret complex information to develop business outcomes and present back in an easy and simple manner
• Experience of working within IT support environments
