The Enhanced Client Verification Team is looking for a Sr Manager, Software Development and Engineering Senior with extensive experience with application development in Java and UI development in Angular to work within a dynamic Agile Scrum Team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java based web services that support business critical integration projects. The role will require a strong work ethic, leadership, problem solving skills and the ability to partner with business and technologists across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading application teams to successfully building and supporting enterprise web applications. The role will require a high level of responsibility and accountability yet has a support structure necessary for development growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks
• 8+ years of experience working with Angular to build dynamic, responsive web applications.
• 8+ years of experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and front-end/back-end integration
• 8+ years of experience working with modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test automation
• 5+ years of experience working with Mongo and SQL Databases
• 2+ years of experience writing Splunk queries and developing monitoring Dashboards within Splunk
• 2+ years of experience working with RabbitMQ and Kafka event streaming platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience with TDD practices and writing integration tests in Cucumber
• In-Depth experience in an Agile tools and methodologies and tools (JIRA)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership, and self-motivated with a passion for resolving technical problems
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills across team boundaries
