E-REDES is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Software Development & Maintenance Specialist. What you will do: Technical leadership in critical applications (OT) environments; Application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement activities; Coordination and collaboration within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); Interaction with IIMC infrastructures and hybrid environments; Technical knowledge and support across Python, Shell scripting, SQL, Java, and C#; Familiarity with and support of platforms such as Spark/Jupyter, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kafka; Administration and operational support of Windows and Linux environments. Monitoring and management of security vulnerabilities and technical debt; Troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system performance optimization; Continuous process and operational improvement focus. Employment type: Full-Time Work site: Hybrid Model What are we looking for: Tech Lead experience in critical applications and Operational Technology (OT) environments; Experience in application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement/evolution; Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Experience working with IIMC infrastructures and hybrid environments; Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, Java, and C#; Knowledge of Spark/Jupyter, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kafka; Experience working in Windows and Linux environments; Strong focus on security, vulnerability management, and technical debt reduction; University Degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent); 6–10 years of professional experience in the area.
