to lead our software development team at our headquarters in Oldenburg , starting as soon as possible .Your task

• You will actively participate in the implementation of further modularization in the area of ​​"Virtual Power Plant".
• In this role, you will lead a small team, be the technical contact person, and ensure that you set priorities efficiently. 
• As an interface between your own team, the development management, the product owners and key account management, you always keep an eye on the various stakeholders and interactions. 
• As part of the team, you will support the development of software based on internal and customer-based requirements and ensure the smooth operation of customer-specific software components.

• Your responsibilities also include the maintenance and upkeep of existing software, troubleshooting, code optimization and adjustments.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree, e.g. in computer science, business informatics or software engineering, are a trained IT specialist for application development or are joining us as an IT career changer.
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but what's important to us is that you are eager to take on responsibility and develop further in a team leadership role.
• You bring extensive experience in agile software development in Java: Java11 / Java17, Hibernate, Gradle, Spring Framework.
