As a Software Development Manager – Cloud Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Hansen’s Meter Data Management (MDM) solution that underpin essential infrastructure used by communities every day.  Based in our Espoo, Finland office, you’ll lead teams responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable cloud platforms that support our customers across the energy and utilities sectors. This role directly influences how reliably, securely, and efficiently our customers can serve millions of end users.    What You’ll Do   * Lead and Develop Teams: Lead, mentor, and grow software engineers across multiple Scrum teams, fostering engagement, inclusion, and high performance.  * Drive Predictable Delivery: Ensure transparency, predictability, and alignment with Hansen’s product and technology strategy.  * Enable Engineering Excellence: Uphold high standards for quality, security, scalability, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps practices.  * Improve Productivity and Processes: Continuously improve ways of working to increase throughput, predictability, and developer satisfaction.  * Champion AI Adoption: Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices to improve development efficiency and software quality.  * Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with Product Management, Architects, QA, DevSecOps, and peer Development Managers across Hansen.  * Contribute Technically: Participate in system design and high-level architectural discussions, challenging and supporting technical decisions.  * Support People Operations: Handle HR-related responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development      What You Bring  * 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a Software Development or Engineering Manager role.  * Strong experience building and operating cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).  * Proven ability to lead teams delivering distributed, cloud-native applications.  * Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering trade-offs.  * Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.  * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  * A passion for building great teams, reliable platforms, and impactful software solutions.    Benefits and Perks   Join us for a rewarding career with competitive compensation, leave entitlements, health coverage, and financial security.
