Analyze and document business processes for automation feasibility. Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using VBA or Python. Build and manage REST/SOAP API calls for data retrieval and submission. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. Proficiency in VBA (Excel/Access) or Python for scripting and automation. Experience working with SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of API protocols (REST, SOAP) and integration techniques. Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. Knowledge of SQL databases, data structures, and workflow design. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding for technical document is must.
