Description

Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs and solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and timeliness. Manage cross-functional teams across cloud, DevOps, platforms, databases, and application security. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering practices. Provide architectural oversight on solutions leveraging Azure platforms. Lead technical discussions around cloud adoption, modernization, migration, and platform engineering. Ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements, leveraging certifications such as SSCP. Promote a DevOps-first culture, fostering automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery. Shape the technology vision and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. Introduce emerging technologies and industry best practices that can add value to client solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand the trade-offs of architectural and delivery choices. 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, including at least 4+ years in a delivery/technical leadership role. Strong hands-on expertise with administering Oracle database, Oracle middleware or Oracle EBS technologies and Azure cloud platforms. Solid understanding of platform engineering, application security, and database technologies. Strong knowledge of security practices; security certifications such as SSCP (or equivalent) are highly desirable. Proven ability to cross-pollinate across DevOps, Cloud, Database, and Security domains. Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, enterprise-scale delivery programs. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to see the big picture. Additional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, OCI). Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud strategy and delivery. Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, government) with strict compliance needs.
