Description

We are seeking a talented Software Development Specialist to join a leading Ministry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications while working with modern technologies such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, and databases. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital solutions. Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Develop and integrate applications using modern programming languages, APIs, frameworks, and databases. Troubleshoot application issues, implement system enhancements, and provide technical support. Prepare technical documentation while ensuring compliance with coding, security, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, business users, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong experience in application development, databases, APIs, system integration, and software testing. Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or equivalent development platforms. Experience working with UAE government entities or large enterprise organisations is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
