SOFTWARE ENGINEER 2

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our MC Trade squad, working with the product management team to understand requirements, suggest technical solutions, implement, and deploy new features. If you enjoy taking on new challenges, working in a rapidly changing environment, learning new skills, and applying it all to solve significant and impactful business problems, we want you as part of our team.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for the best of the best – software engineering professionals who possess the skills to excel in our dynamic environment.

• The experience and the growth mindset. You have 2+ years of software development, working across the SDLC and strong knowledge of:

• • Computer science fundamentals
• Coding standards and design principles / patterns
• Building a system design for specific business requirements
• Scaling infrastructure and developing products and features that fit into an ecosystem
• The technical toolbox. You have an enthusiasm for learning new programming languages and platforms as needed. You have hands-on experience with:

• JavaScript/Typescript and modern JS frameworks. Angular is our choice.

• C# language and .Net platform
• Key services for AWS
• Building REST APIs
• Relational databases (MSSQL, Postgres)

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 105,000 CAD per year(Remote (Canada)
