• Experience with PHP and/or Python and database management in MySQL/MariaDB
• Experience with frameworks like WordPress, Magento, or Laravel
• Familiar with NodeJS, MongoDB, and Express; React Native, Java, and Android Studio are a plus.
• Familiar with service configuration (NginX, PHP-FPM, and similar components)
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience, for example at a digital agency

• Modeling data and translating it into maintainable application structures
• Supporting existing customer environments and improving them in a targeted manner
• Developing products with designers, data specialists, and domain experts
• Ensuring quality with automated tests, reviews, and continuous integration
• Providing substantive guidance to creative developers and making technical choices transferable
