We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients and enhance our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Job Description: Technical design of requirements/user stories by understanding logical flow of app, Creating the Proof of Concepts (POC) for user stories. Develop web apps using IBM BPM/BAW, Integration Designer, Java/J2EE & Spring Technologies.
Creation of Process Apps and Toolkits & designing process using IBM BAW best practices and as per BPMN standards BPMN standards, Create User Interface (UI) Rich Web Applications using BP3 Brazos, Spark UI toolkits and Front End Technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, REACT Js, React Native, Node JS, Angular JS, Bootstrap and CSS frameworks. Convert functional specifications of business requirements into programming applications.
Design and develop core technology and architecture of app and implement processes, services using IBM BAW design patterns. Design and develop a SCRUM-based customized Agile Framework to enable and add a successful Agile transformation project framework and development processes and ensure cross-functional collaboration with business analysts and development teams.
Analyze performance improvement areas in app and implement design approach to increase performance. Develop and consume REST APIs and Webservices to connect with 3rd party systems from our system and vice versa. Create app software builds for development, test, and production environments.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalency in CS, CIS, IT, Engg (any), or related field + 60 months of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, or any IT-related.
Skills: IBM BAW, BPM, WebSphere, Angular, React, Git, Jenkins, Confluence, Jira. Unanticipated work locations throughout the US (travel may be required to client sites up to two times a month).
