DIESEL PRO POWER — MIAMI, FL (FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON) BUILD SYSTEMS THAT DIRECTLY IMPACT A REAL BUSINESS Diesel Pro Power is hiring a Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our operational and technology platform. This is a high-ownership engineering role focused on building systems that improve how the company operates, scales, and makes decisions. You will work directly with leadership and operational teams to design software, automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction across the business. This is not a maintenance role inside a large corporate engineering department. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through technology and wants meaningful responsibility early. ---------------------------------------- ABOUT DIESEL PRO POWER Diesel Pro Power helps customers get critical diesel engine parts fast when downtime matters. Our customers include fleet operators, marine operators, repair facilities, and mechanics managing equipment failures where speed and accuracy are critical. Behind the scenes, we operate in a highly operational environment involving commerce, logistics, inventory, customer support, ERP systems, reporting, and real-time decision-making. You will help shape the operational platform the company runs on.
