Job Summary
The AI Platform Core Components organization, part of AI Engineering, is seeking individuals with a passion for open source and expanding the impact of Red Hat’s AI offerings for our customers and the community. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a diverse team of highly motivated software and quality engineers to design, implement, and maintain product delivery pipelines for our AI portfolio. Your work will focus on automating, optimizing, and testing the productization of software to ensure high quality and fast delivery. Your contributions will directly influence how we deliver products to our customers and shape Red Hat’s rapidly growing AI/ML product family.

The salary range for this position is $108,760.00 - $173,800.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
