WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of full-time experience in a Software Engineering role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong capability in writing and maintaining technical and user documentation.
  • Experience in diagnosing, testing, and resolving application issues within defined protocols.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the following technologies/tools is required:
  • TOSCA Automation (Level 2 Certification)
  • ServiceNow (Certified Administrator)
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Selenium WebDriver for automation
  • Proficient in end-to-end Web/UI testing.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER – FULL-TIME ROLE AT AI TALENT

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation
AI Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with both user needs and technical specifications.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop, test, and maintain application code in line with technical and user requirements.
  • Analyse business and system requirements to produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
  • Evaluate current systems to identify process inefficiencies and software limitations, recommending improvements or upgrades where needed.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures, including test plans and debugging protocols for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and development team to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Create, optimise, and document software tools for developers, artists, or other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert input into software development strategies, including cost analysis and procurement decisions.
  • Write and update program code, user manuals, and operational guides following best practice standards.
  • Investigate and resolve software issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective solutions.
