Software Engineer (w/m/d)

In our Software Engineering team, we develop a comprehensive, heterogeneous software stack for operating critical communication networks. We deliver optimal, customized software systems based on state-of-the-art technologies to our users and clients both within and outside of ALDB.

Your responsibility

• You develop container-based software systems in the front end and back end and are actively involved throughout the entire process, from architecture, feature design, coding, testing and verification to production deployment.
• With your high technical standards and passion for software development, you contribute to our ambitious and long-term goals.
• You are visible within the company and take responsibility for your developments, with direct contact to the users and the technical operation of the software systems.

Your profile

• A completed (specialized) university degree in computer science or you can convince us that there is another way.
• Solid professional experience as a software developer and expertise in as many of the following languages, technologies, and methods as possible: Web Components, Micro Frontends, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Microservices, Container Orchestration, Kubernetes, Rancher, Java, Python, PostgreSQL/Patroni, REST, GraphQL, CI/CD, IaC, Terraform, Ansible, Linux and Shell Scripting, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps
• Language skills: German and English
