The main skillset for our new Software Engineer is Java, along with supportive technologies like Maven, Git, and Jenkins. An understanding of how code can be written with a focus on efficiency and scalability is a nice-to-have, and in all work, there is a strong emphasis on quality, with integration and performance testing a key. The teams own projects of all sizes, and members are encouraged to be involved in the whole lifecycle of software delivery, from the design all the way through to the delivery of each feature.
