With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Software Engineer – Android to join our team on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time exempt position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience preferred that includes the following:
  • Kanban or SCRUM agile methodology
  • Building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Building Cloud based infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Kotlin, Java and SQLite preferred

  • Must be able to pay close attention to details.
  • Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coding in Kotlin, Java and SQLite. Applies design changes to be reviewed by senior level team members. Assists in larger coding projects as needed.
  • Performs unit testing to confirm code is working properly.
  • Assist in ensuring all results of testing and configurations are properly integrated into Azure DevOps.
  • Performs Integration Testing to ensure components are functioning properly as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
  • Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Handles various other duties as delegated by Manager.
