Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the planning of production orders, taking available machine and mold capacities into account
• Support the preparation, participation, and follow-up of planning meetings, including the creation and tracking of meeting minutes to ensure transparent communication of information to all relevant interfaces
• Contribute to the efficient use and continuous improvement of the planning system
• Identify potential backlogs and support the development of suitable solution approaches
• Support the documentation, scheduling, and coordination of future tools and machines
• Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators, and support cost budget monitoring
• Support the planning and coordination of logistics tasks and the relevant interfaces
• Contribute to the improvement of workflows and interface processes, including reporting activities
