Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $45 p/h + Super

Responsibilities:   

• Handling high volumes of inbound calls from residents and the general public.
• Responding to enquiries regarding council services, rates, waste collection, parking and community facilities.
• Logging and updating customer requests, complaints and service enquiries in council systems.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalating complex enquiries or issues to the relevant council departments for further assistance.

Essential:

• 2+ years experience in an customer service support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
