Tasks

• You are further developing Arvana OS: Next.js in the frontend, FastAPI in the backend, Postgres via Supabase underneath.
• You build features end-to-end instead of just one layer of them.
• You model our data model cleanly: entities, migrations, indexes.
• You will integrate our systems for email and LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Google and Meta Ads.
• You build AI agents and run them on our own infrastructure.
• You write tests and provide error messages that actually help someone at 11 PM.

qualification

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering and have built products that real users use daily.
• You write TypeScript, Python, and React/Next.js.
• You truly understand databases and can identify a query that doesn't scale before it goes into production.
• You work with Claude Code and recognize the difference between good and bad code.
• You speak and write fluent German and English. Our clients are located in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).
• Nice, but not essential: n8n, BigQuery, IT security.
