Job Description Overall 6+yrs of experience in Software Engineer Developing and Delivering Java or Python projects with Cloud AWS experience Design and implement GenAI solutions Engineer, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs Convert existing business processes into AI prompted workflows Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI applications Document best practices and contribute to internal GenAI knowledge sharing. Debug production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver fixes promptly. Enforce coding standards through thoughtful peer reviews. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Mentor other developers and help elevate the team’s engineering culture and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and engineering efficiency. Work with RDBMS (Aurora MySQL) and No-SQL databases.
