Descrição do emprego Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all phases of the software project lifecycle. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, costs, changes, and required resources. Lead technical teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices (Scrum/Kanban), promoting collaboration and efficiency. Facilitate communication between technical and business areas. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal software development and software quality processes. Qualificações Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in managing software development projects or related roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner). Knowledge of embedded software development. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS. Clear and effective communication skills across different organizational levels. Advanced English (interaction with global teams). Preferably with experience in projects in the automotive industry.
