What You Can Expect

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation framework components for the development and testing of our Automotive Ethernet software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with software development, architecture, and test teams to enhance test automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Integrate automation solutions into the development pipeline to support regression testing, performance testing, and compliance validation.
  • Analyze results, troubleshoot failures, and work closely with engineers to resolve issues.
  • Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies and automation strategies.
  • Document framework usage, features, and guidelines for internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and test automation.
  • Strong experience in software testing methodologies, test planning, and automation framework development.
  • Experience with system and software test processes, including continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and virtualization tools.
  • Strong drive to build solutions that are modular, scalable, and maintainable for long-term use (10+ years LTS).
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Pytest, etc.) is a plus
  • Understanding of embedded systems is a plus.
  • Experience in version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
