Job Description The CRM, CLM & Compliance team are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European & APAC markets. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team where you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis, development, testing to deployment, in collaboration with a group of highly skilled business analyst and developer colleagues. We follow an agile process, working closely within our own team but also with other related teams and clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use. Your key tasks will be as follows: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and sprints Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of software engineering experience Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as PL/SQL, with eagerness to learn and take up new challenges Strong understanding of database systems and SQL Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently It would be a real bonus if you have Avaloq Certification Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL Knowledge of the banking industry, including products and processes Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
