To strengthen our teams in the areas of Enterprise Software and Digital Health, we are looking for you as a Software Developer, starting immediately.

Only together as a team are we truly strong – that's why we work in a hybrid model with three days per week on-site at the respective location and two days flexibly remotely.

Your tasks

As a Software Developer (m/f/d), you will support your team on exciting development projects for our international clients. Your responsibilities will include the conception and development of software solutions using agile software development models. You will work on customized software solutions that sustainably improve real-world processes for our clients – from efficient enterprise applications to software in regulated environments such as digital health.

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, medical technology, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics or comparable qualification
• You don't have to be able to do everything – we are looking for generalists (m/f/d) with a focus on one of the following areas: Cloud and Backend | Web | Mobile | Embedded and device-level development
  • Cloud and backend (containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), API design and communication (REST, gRPC), event streaming and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), infrastructure as code and deployment (Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
  • Frontend (VueJS / Angular / React / TypeScript)
  • Mobile (Native app development for iOS or Android (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform development (e.g., Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter, or React Native))
  • Device-level and embedded development (C, C++, Qt) as well as experience with hardware-level communication
• AI isn't a trend for us, it's a tool. You strategically use AI assistance systems as a performance booster, further develop your workflow, and understand that speed without quality is just faster, worse code.
• If you are interested in working at BAYOOMED: Experience in a regulated environment (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, Medical Device Regulation) is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience with development in an agile framework (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Team player (m/f/d) with initiative and analytical thinking
