As a Software Engineer, you will: Design and develop automated solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements Improve platform health, reduce technical debt, and deliver new features Share knowledge and support team learning Simplify and automate build, test, and deployment processes What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience with development languages (PHP Laravel TALL stack, SQL, .NET, C#, PowerShell, Git). Practice in business process analysis and improvement. Familiarity with Azure, Intune, DevOps, Openshift, Docker, Jenkins (nice to have). Relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to Agile ways of working. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Positive attitude, excellent communication, and teamwork. Passion for digital technology and end-user computing. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
