Description

Develop deep technical and operational expertise in secure software infrastructure and AI Integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans. Contribute to design documentation, identify dependencies, and assist in breaking down work items into tasks with accurate estimations. Implement and maintain code for features and services, reusing components where applicable and learning from guidance. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and accountability across engineering and partner teams. Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for monitoring and responding to system degradation or downtime, following established playbooks. Manage crisis situations involving complex technical issues and diverse audiences with empathy and clarity. Conduct technical reviews and develop action plans in collaboration with internal and external teams. Continuously seek new knowledge to improve system availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance at scale. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
