Skills required-Strong commercial experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
Proven experience building and architecting modern web applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
Hands-on experience working with AI, LLMs or Generative AI in production or serious development environments.
Experience building AI-led systems, rather than simply using AI coding tools.
Understanding of how to architect applications around LLMs, AI agents, APIs, data and external services.
Experience with event sourcing and/or event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems and scalable application design.
A good understanding of testing, maintainability and production-quality software.
The ability to make sound technical decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
