About the AI Services Team The AI Services Team is part of ATI - one of the largest international LegalTech companies. Working in a small dynamic team you will be involved in developing systems to help integrate various innovative AI solutions for the Legal industry. What you'll do Initially you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud based centralised services used by various AI systems. To make this happen, you will: Development: Development of new features and system enhancements. Collaboration: Collaborate with various AI development teams and management to integrate AI systems into our services. Innovation: Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and automation to maximise development efficiency. What you'll bring You are a smart, focused, motivated and hard-working developer who wants to make an impact, while expanding your skills. 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering using TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience with AWS CDK, CLI, SAM, CloudFormation etc. Proficiency with REST APIs, Open API and optionally MCP AWS databases, DynamoDB and Aurora Experience with AWS Services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.) Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work. You have a desire to continuously learn about new technologies. A great attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent service and a readiness to pick up a task, no matter how big or small. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You are the type of person who Writes pragmatic and simple code that achieves the desired outcome. Understands the trade-offs between quality and velocity and have a track record of striking the right balance Asks questions if anything is unclear and is not frightened of seeking help when required Has the ability to adapt to changes quickly Is clear and concise in your verbal and written communication What you'll get Your work matters.
