Job Description Where you’ll work: Remote/ India The CPQ Configurator is a Salesforce professional responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions as part of the GoTo Business Applications’ Quote-to-Cash team. This role focuses heavily on product configuration, pricing logic, and quote lifecycle management, while also supporting light custom development and integrations. The CPQ Configurator partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable CPQ solutions. Your Day to Day As a CPQ Configurator, you would be working on Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned to business and revenue operations requirements including: Product setup, bundles, and feature configuration Option constraints and configuration rules Price rules, price actions, and pricing logic Discount schedules and approval processes Contracting, amendments, renewals, and subscriptions Quote templates and document generation Troubleshoot complex pricing and configuration issues, identifying root causes in rules, data, or logic Support enhancements to existing CPQ implementations to improve usability, performance, and scalability Provide Apex and declarative support where necessary (e.g. triggers, classes, flows, validation rules) Collaborate with developers and architects on more complex customizations and integrations Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems (ERP, billing, finance, order management platforms) Participate in deployment processes, including sandbox testing, UAT support, and production releases Maintain clear and detailed documentation for CPQ configurations, pricing logic, and system processes Ensure compliance with security, governance, and pricing control standards. What We’re Looking For As a Senior Salesforce Developer, your background will look like: 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Demonstrated experience configuring: Product bundles and subscription models Configuration and constraint rules Price rules and pricing methods Discounting logic and approvals Quote-to-contract lifecycle processes Strong understanding of the Salesforce CPQ data model and calculation sequence Experience administering Salesforce (users, profiles, permission sets, flows, reports, dashboards) Apex skills, including: Ability to read and understand Apex code Write simple Apex classes and triggers Basic knowledge of SOQL and test classes Comfort supporting minor enhancements under architectural guidance Experience supporting or participating in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems) What We Offer At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
