THE ROLE

As a key contributor to our fast-moving engineering team, you’ll build high-performance systems that handle massive data flows and power AI-driven healthcare products. You’ll work with hospital IT teams on seamless EHR integrations, optimize end-to-end latency, and ensure everything runs at scale with rock-solid security. You’ll be part of the core team driving our next wave of growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• EHR Integrations: Build and refine interfaces with EHR platforms (FHIR, HL7, etc.), collaborating closely with hospital IT teams to ensure smooth data exchange.
• High-Throughput Data Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable ETL pipelines (Python, Airflow or similar) that can handle complex healthcare data with ultra-low latency.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Use AWS (or similar) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Docker) to deploy ML-powered solutions securely and efficiently.
• Security & Compliance: Architect HIPAA-compliant solutions, focusing on encryption, role-based access, and secure coding at scale.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead technical design sessions, champion best practices, and coach junior engineers to help them reach their full potential.
