As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software in a professional Agile environment. You will work closely with other engineers, QA testers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications used by clients across the construction industry. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years’ experience with Microsoft development tools (C#, .NET Framework 4+, MS SQL 2012+)
• Experience with .NET WinForms
• 2+ years of experience with Entity Framework (EF or EF Core)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Repos and code management
• Strong experience with Structured Query Languages including Transact-SQL and SQLite
• Ability to perform regression testing, manual QA, and usability testing
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Microsoft Developer Certification
• Experience designing SQL Server databases to model business processes
• Experience with RESTful API development in .NET and SOAP
• Exposure to HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Blazor, and related front-end technologies
• Familiarity with SSO / Single Sign-On protocols
• Experience with Infragistics controls
• Background working with Construction ERP systems such as Oracle JD Edwards or Sage 300

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain software applications
• Participate in Agile development meetings including scrums and retrospectives
• Conduct testing, document findings, and validate defect corrections
• Collaborate with product teams and customers on software behavior
• Use Azure DevOps for tracking, coordination, and deployment
• Research, document, and resolve software issues
