We are looking for a developer who is comfortable with responsibilities that range from designing, developing and integrating APIs as well as setting up infrastructure to support product rollout. Good knowledge on Customer Case Management is beneficial for this position.
The consultant will join the Customer Support Case product team which currently consists of product owner, product specialist, UX/UI designer, engineering manager and software engineer. As a team member, the consultant will be part of the everyday work including planning and implementing new features, improving ways of working and supporting existing products. The team is self-sufficient and owns the entire product vertical, from UI to infrastructure/DevOps.
