Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our “New Revenue Team,” part of our product-led growth organization. As a member of the New Revenue Team, you will collaborate closely with a team of engineers, product managers, and marketers to rapidly prototype, develop, test, and launch brand-new business concepts.
This role goes beyond optimization—it’s about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do. You will be responsible for taking software from ideation to deployment, often venturing into uncharted territory, developing brand-new solutions and iterating based on real-world learnings. You’ll thrive by thinking outside the box, understanding the business case for your projects, and setting the pace and breadth for engineers across the company.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
