This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT Integrations. Responsibility Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica Cloud) to connect disparate enterprise systems, cloud services, and APIs Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, .NET) Develop and manage APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) ensuring they are well-documented, secure, and performant Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features and services Analyze and troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, providing timely resolutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our technology stack Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, integration patterns, and industry best practices Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Ensure solutions are designed with security, scalability, and performance in mind Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Demonstrable working knowledge and hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or other leading iPaaS solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica Cloud, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Step Functions) Experience with API design and development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Preferred MuleSoft Platform Architect Certification (Good to have) Background in data architecture, design, and data modeling Working knowledge of AWS services. AWS Solution Architect Certification preferred Experience with Agile and BDD/TDD development cycles Experience working in a “Zero Trust” Regulatory, Compliance environment Experience with SAAS Applications (Salesforce.com, Oracle ERP, Zuora, Workday, Snowflake) Experience with End to End Corporate workflows (Lead to Success Value Chain) Familiarity with AWS Serverless and OOP Development languages Familiarity with Data Integration patterns (Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps Lifecycle (including Telemetry) Strong team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment Special consideration if you have background in Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
