Description

software engineering experience building and maintaining production backend systems in Kotlin, Java, or another object-oriented language, with enough full-stack experience to ship web or native front-end changes when needed.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end through design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Product-minded builder who is comfortable making product calls, launching, and iterating on what customers actually do, working across PM, design, and sales rather than executing tickets.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or growth engineering, and a working understanding of attribution: you can explain why a metric moved and whether to believe it.
Experience building on LLMs or AI platforms, in production or in side projects. Interest in agents and tool use is a bonus.
