Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Software Engineer you have the area of responsibility:

  • Software Development and Modernization: Lead efforts in upgrading legacy systems and integrating them with contemporary technologies.
  • Collaboration and Team Integration: Work independently and as part of an international team, including our R&D division in Denmark, to align with company objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain expertise in programming languages and tools, contributing to the overall technical strategy.
  • Customer Interaction and Support: Engage with customers to address inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive user experience.

TASKS

  • Upgrade and refactor existing software applications, ensuring compatibility with new technology trends.
  • Develop and deploy new applications using C# and occasionally C++, adhering to best practices for performance and security.
  • Collaborate effectively with international team members, utilizing agile tools like Jira for task management.
  • Participate in code reviews using tools such as GIT to ensure high standards of code quality and performance. Independently identify and resolve technical issues, finding optimal solutions within the given timeframe while keeping customers informed.
  • Provide efficient and effective solutions to technical support queries.
  • Communicate openly with customers to understand their needs and provide technical assistance as required.
